NexGen works hard to ensure all of our traders success is properly rewarded. Our payout policies are straight forward and transparent. Below are the methods for each plan payout request.
LIVE Payout Requests
Earning profit in your LIVE account means you can request that money immeidately. While we recommend building a buffer, you are not restricted from taking all your profits. Request can be made from your dashboard under “Request Payout – LIVE”. Payments will be made promptly via your chosen payment method (ACH/wire). Depending on the payment method, funds could take 1-3 days to reach your bank. At this moment, there are no fees for ACH or domestic wire. International wires do not currently have fees from NexGen but your bank may have some that are out of our control or knowledge.
IFA Payout Request
To start, IFA plans will use the same dashboard window as LIVE payouts. There will be a series of emails sent for completion such as KYC and bank routing. The process below will be released in the following days.
Payout requests are available every 10 days in IFA plans. Each time a payout is requested, the period of days is reset and starts the following day.
First, your dashboard must show that you are eligible for a payout which then means you have access to the IFA Payout page. You will start by completing KYC after which will unlock the amount you wish to withdrawal. Payments will be made promptly via your chosen payment method (ACH/wire). Depending on the payment method, funds could take 1-3 days to reach your bank. At this moment, there are no fees for ACH or domestic wire. International wires do not currently have fees from NexGen but your bank may have some that are out of our control or knowledge.
