Eligibility You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering binding contracts according to the laws of your country of residence to be eligible for a funded account with NexGen Futures Traders.
There will be other checks and verifications required by our broker. Find a list excluded countries here. With NexGen Futures Trader, YOU CAN ONLY HAVE ONE USER ACCOUNT AT ANY GIVEN TIME. If multiple accounts are created, they will all be cancelled.
NexGen Futures Trader reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide justification or prior notice, to refuse service, decline plan purchases, or prohibit any individual or entity from participating in its trading programs. Traders who have previously had Live funded accounts are ineligible to participate further with NexGen.
