Refund and Dispute Policy

Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are strictly limited to buyers who have not engaged in any trading activities or accessed proprietary trading data after purchasing a plan. Refund requests must be submitted to NexGen support within 14 days of the purchase date.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are subject to a $80 administrative fee to cover non-recoverable technology and market data costs. The refund process will be initiated within 14 business days upon approval of the request.

Waiver of Dispute Rights: By utilizing our services and agreeing to these terms, the TRADER waives all rights to dispute any payments made for our services. This clause is established to prevent misuse of the dispute resolution process and to protect the interests of both parties.

Non-Refundable Data Usage Policy
Refunds will not be granted under any of the following circumstances:

Consumption of Proprietary Data: Accessing proprietary data, including but not limited to market data provided by exchange data (e.g., CME, CBOT, COMEX), constitutes full consumption of NexGen’s services. Exchange providers bill NexGen upon plan activation for all data accessed by buyers. These charges are non-refundable under the respective exchange’s policies, making refunds for data consumption ineligible under all circumstances.

Initiation of Trading Activity: Refunds are strictly prohibited once buyers initiate trading activity, including opening or closing trades, viewing live data, or utilizing analytical tools available within the platform.

Third-Party Costs: Buyers agree that NexGen incurs non-recoverable costs from third-party providers, including exchange providers, upon plan activation. These costs are charged regardless of usage volume or duration and make refunds infeasible.

Acknowledgment of Data Consumption: Buyers explicitly acknowledge and agree that accessing any data constitutes full consumption of the service, rendering it non-refundable under all circumstances.

Responsibility for Awareness: Failure to read or understand this refund policy does not entitle buyers to a refund. NexGen prominently displays refund terms before purchase, and buyers are required to accept them as part of the checkout process.

Performance and Suitability Disclaimer: All NexGen products and services are provided “as is” with no guarantees regarding performance, reliability, or suitability for a specific purpose. Buyers accept full responsibility for their trading results and outcomes.

Personal Accountability

By signing up with NexGen Futures Trader account, I have provided my legal name and are accountable for all action performed on the NexGen platform. I agree that I am the sole person trading in my account and will not share my account.
