The SimWallet is a NexGen capital allocation mechanism designed to transition traders from simulated profits to Live Funded Accounts. It serves as a structured system that allocates a portion of a trader’s simulated profits towards Live Funding Capital.
How does the SimWallet work?
Instead of receiving all profits immediately, traders gradually build their Live Funded balance through a tiered payout system:
Payout Round | % Withdrawn (Cash Payout) | % Allocated to Sim2Live Wallet |
Payout 1 | 60% | 40% |
Payout 2 | 65% | 35% |
Payout 3 | 70% | 30% |
Payout 4 (IFA only) | 70% | 30% |
Each payout increases the Live Funding Capital allocation, ensuring that traders who demonstrate consistent performance in the Sim Funded Stage start their Live Account with a strong foundation. Here is an example of payout and SimWallet funding progress for a 100K IFA:
Payout Round | Starting Balance | Profit Target (8%) | Payout (50%) | % Paid to Trader | Amount Paid to Trader in Cash | Amount to SimWallet | Total SimWallet Balance |
1 | $100,000 | $8,000 | $4,000 | 60% | $2,400 | $1,600 | $1,600 |
2 | $104,000 | $8,320 | $4,160 | 65% | $2,704 | $1,456 | $3,056 |
3 | $108,160 | $8,653 | $4,327 | 70% | $3,029 | $1,298 | $4,354 |
4 | $112,487 | $9,025 | $4,513 | 70% | $3,159 | $1,354 | $5,708 |
What happens if I don’t make it to LIVE?
Your simulated wallet will still be available to transfer into a LIVE account for a set amount of time. The amount of time before a failed accounts SimWallet resets is based upon the account type. IFA = 45 calendar days; ATL = 25 calendar days. The failed account SimWallet balance will be removed from any active account SimWallet balances.
Reminder about simulated profits
Simulated profits are non-monetary and exist solely as a performance metric reflecting a trader’s trading abilities. They do not constitute real earnings, financial gains, or an asset of any kind. As such, simulated profits do not belong to the trader and cannot be withdrawn, converted into cash, or claimed as a financial entitlement.
• The SimWallet tracks performance and determines a trader’s eligibility for funding through a structured allocation formula.
• When transitioning to a Live Funded Account, the wallet balance acts as an equivalent deposit, ensuring that successful simulated trading translates into real capital.
• If a trader fails to qualify for Live Funding, the SimWallet resets to zero, and no claim may be made on prior allocations.
• The system ensures that traders progress based on demonstrated performance rather than upfront capital injections.
